Our institute is situated in the heart of Mumbai. It has total almost 7 acre of area. Out of which in 1.5 acre area, we have Our Herbal garden. Our institute is surrounded by various medicinal trees. This garden is situated on hilly area, where historical part of fort is present. Herbal garden is divided into 10 fields. It consists of rare species of plants like Rudraksha, Tejovati, Peelu, both types of Chandan, karpur, peetkokam, Anjan, Kinjal, kampillak, Toran, Langali and so on. In Mumbai, only in our botanical garden, Fruiting of Rudraksha is recorded. Total 295 species of plants are present in Herbal garden and almost 1506 total plants are present in Herbal garden and college campus. We has nice Sangoshthikaksha at the top of Herbal garden where all the UG and PG students are taken after Botanical garden visit and we do discussion on medicinal plants, there in the close contact of nature. Also daily Yoga sessions are taken in the Sangoshthikaksha. We have green house where medicinal plants which needs shed or need protection from sun are kept. We do regular plantation. Also we take part in all the activities like plantation, exhibition of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, AYUSH, Vanaraipratishthan, Dombivali. We have small nursery in campus where we prepare sapling of few medicinal plants like Tulasi, Parijat, Vasa, Nirgundi.
